BEST DIETS TO LOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY AND KEEP IT OFF

Scarsdale diet

Here is the original Scarsdale diet and it works like this: if you strictly follow this Scarsdale medical diet (SMD) for 2 weeks, you will quickly lose an average of 7-15 pounds.

First day

Morning: coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread
Afternoon: various cold cuts with tomatoes (sliced, grilled or steamed) and coffee or tea
Main meal: as much fried fish or shellfish as you want, along with a slice of protein bread, unlimited salad and a grapefruit

Second day

Morning: coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread
Afternoon: fruit salad as much as you want with coffee or tea
Main meal: lean and fried burgers as much as you want, along with an unlimited number of tomatoes, celery, cucumbers or Brussels sprouts.

Third day

Morning: coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread
Afternoon: as much tuna salad as you want with a grapefruit and a coffee or tea
Main meal: all the grilled lean meat you want, along with unlimited green salad and coffee or tea

Fourth day

Morning: coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread
Afternoon: two eggs of all kinds, ricotta, beans or tomatoes and a slice of protein bread with coffee or tea
Main meal: the grilled, grilled or roasted (skinless) chicken you want, along with unlimited green beans, spinach or green peppers and coffee or tea.

Fifth day

Morning: coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread
Afternoon: various slices of low-fat cheese, unlimited quantities of spinach and a slice of protein bread with coffee or tea
Main meal: as much fried fish or shellfish as you want, along with unlimited salad and a slice of protein bread with coffee or tea

Sixth day

Morning: coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread
Afternoon: fruit salad as much as you want with coffee or tea
Main meal: turkey or chicken roasted or roasted to taste, with tomato and lettuce salad unlimited and a grapefruit with coffee or tea

Seventh day

Morning: coffee or tea with sugar substitute and half a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread
Afternoon: cold or hot chicken or turkey, tomatoes, carrots, boiled cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower and a grapefruit or melon with coffee or tea
Main meal: lots of grilled (grilled) steak, all visible fat removed before eating, along with a salad of lettuce, cucumber, celery, tomatoes and Brussels sprouts with coffee or tea.

The second week is just a repeated variation of the first week just to change the days. Do not stay on a diet for more than 14 days. After two weeks, you can repeat the diet if you want and remember that you’re doing yourself a favor in the two weeks and don’t go back to your normal junk food and hamburger eating habits. You only make it more difficult for yourself.

Economic Scarsdale diet

Every day in the morning: 1/2 grapefruit or melon or seasonal fruit (choose the one that costs less), a slice of protein bread, toasted, without coffee / tea cream (without sugar, cream or milk)

First day

Afternoon: chicken broth, salad, 1 slice of protein bread, toasted, coffee / tea
Main meal: fish, fresh or frozen (depending on costs), grilled or baked, mixed salad, as many vegetables and vegetables as you want, 1/2 grapefruit or seasonal fruit, coffee / tea

Second day

Afternoon: fruit salad, any fruit combination, as much as you like, on salad, coffee / tea
Main meal: very lean grilled hamburger (cheap cut; if possible chopped at home after removing all visible fats), Brussels sprouts, seasonal or cabbage or broccoli, lettuce salad, cucumber, celery, radishes, coffee / tea

Third day

Afternoon: tuna or salmon salad (drain oil) with lemon, lettuce, grapefruit or melon vinegar sauce, coffee / tea
Main course: lamb stew or braised lamb legs, sauerkraut, salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, coffee / tea

Fourth day

Afternoon: two eggs of all kinds (no fat used for cooking), low-fat cheese or ricotta, courgettes, a slice of protein bread, toasted, coffee / tea
Main meal: boiled, roasted, grilled or grilled chicken, anything you want – (skin and visible fat removed) or fried chicken Hawaiia, lots of spinach, coffee / tea

Fifth day

Afternoon: Olga spinach pate, apple sauce with no added sugar, coffee / tea
Main meal: any type of fish, fresh or frozen, grilled or baked or sauteed or poached, salad, fresh vegetables, including cold diced tables, a slice of protein bread, toasted, coffee / tea

Sixth day

Afternoon: fruit salad on salad, any type of fruit, coffee / tea
Main meal: turkey or chicken, roasted, cooked or grilled OR parts of marinated turkey, tomato and lettuce salad, grapefruit or melon or watermelon, coffee / tea

Seventh day

Afternoon: cold or hot turkey or chicken OR Hawaii roast, tomato, carrot, boiled cabbage (or broccoli or cauliflower), coffee / tea
Main meal: round grilled or grilled steak Or diced steak, fried in a non-stick pan or boneless ham O liver and onions O lean braised meat (cheap lean meat) Or tender spice steak, lettuce salad, cucumber, celery, cooked tomatoes (fresh or without sugar or canned oil) or Brussels sprouts, coffee / tea In the second week, you simply change things according to your personal tastes and your favorites.

Important and quick fact: you are more likely to succeed by not starting your business on Monday. Statistically, people who try to quit smoking on Monday start a diet, etc. They are more likely to fail statistically. Start your diet on Tuesday or Wednesday. You will be surprised how much stronger your willpower will hold it.
